2023-02-17	Al*****	Good but not enough. My kid found a solution how to disable it. Once you trigger the lock everything works fine, but you can disable the app if you open app info after a split second of un locking..unsubsribing until this is fixed

I have extended the licence last month and paid the full annual GOLD package, but it seems to be not working at all, with no data, no history, no map tracking, nothing. When calling, it rings once and then it shows busy. Can you please advice what could be the matter and how to resolve it? I have already reached out by email, waiting for feedback.

2021-04-15	Jo*****	- the location is not very accurate - about 40 meters difference is quite a lot - in the application's payment plans, there is only one option - I am missing an option to adjust volume of the watch (in either - watch and/or application)
