2023-05-06	Al*****	Note: Review for Mobile App. have both IOS and Android. On IOS when I go to make an outbound call all my tracking numbers appear. On android it's quite different. It only lets me scroll down half way. I have about 75 tracking numbers. Please 🙏 fix this issue. Also I noticed on mobile, clients send pictures and I can't see them. But when I log into lead center on pc MMS can be seen. Please also fix this. I have had call rail for years. Ring Central is better and help with robocalls b4 FTC FAFO.

2023-01-24	Ro*****	It is impossible to rely on this app for work. I have a Galaxy S10 Plus. The app stopped working completely. I have cleared the cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times I restarted my phone. All I get is a blank screen. Really unreliable, which is unfortunate since it is a business app.

2022-04-14	S *****	I use CallRail for work and it's absolutely useless on mobile. Why bother having an app if the live call doesn't even ring your phone? Edit 4/14/22 Call rail actually has a different app named lead center that works better.

2022-03-08	ru*****	This app is absolutely ATROCIOUS. The message function is beyond broken. Have to force close the app repeatedly to navigate. Notifications are broken too. I only use because my company requires it. This app is impressively bad. If you are a dealer I would advise you to find another solution.

2020-08-14	Re*****	I rate CallRail no stars. I had tried there trial offer and I was having trouble using the sight and app and never got help. And when I was trying to cancel before my trial offer ended they charged me before responding and canceling my account. And they won't refund me. Smdh....Not happy at all!!😡😡😡😡

2019-11-21	A *****	I have been using this app on my Samsung Note 8 for almost a year. The app tried to log me out due to me changing my password. It stalled, I uninstalled the app and then subsequently reinstalled it. So far I have attempted to reinstall it 6 times and it is no longer opening up for me. 😥

2019-10-24	A *****	App fails terminally when you change desktop version password. Desktop version also fails periodically (rings once and line goes dead; call goes through but sounds dead to the person you're calling. There's also a lag in the relay time on calls, so the person you're calling is constantly speaking over you and you over them. Really hard to create a good vibe on sales calls. Seriously crappy app. The only thing keeping this company alive is their integration with CRMs. Update: Still unresolved.

Recently, I think they must have gotten bought out because they used to have fabulous customer service and an excellent android app. Now they have cancelled their inbound phone support customer service department and their app does not work on android. You just get a white screen and the app never loads. You also cant call them anymore, only b.s. email tickets. I'm looking for a new provider.
