“Call Me Fix” was created for everyone who owns one or more construction machines. This application supports you with more conveniences with your car.
1.Support services:
- Register for warranty and maintenance with just simple operations on the application. The application will remind you of important information such as the vehicle's scheduled maintenance time...
- Buy, sell, and exchange construction machinery and construction machinery spare parts easily and conveniently.
- You can check the warranty and maintenance history of your construction machine yourself.
2. Structure and function
* Login, register and forgot password
- The first page displayed after the user downloads the app from the app market.
- If the user does not have an app account, register by filling in information such as phone number, email and click register. The system will send an OTP code to authenticate the phone. The user enters the password and confirms successful registration.
- User already has an account, enter phone number or email, password and click log in. If the phone number or email and password are correct, navigate to the home page.
- Users who already have an account but forgot their password, click on forgot password, then enter phone number or email and click confirm. The system will send a new password and the user uses the new password to log in normally
* Home page
- The home page will display functional information such as Repair Requests, Maintenance, Shopping,...
- Users can track the number of vehicles being repaired or maintained, read business news, and the construction machinery market.
* Fix request
- When a user has a vehicle that has an error or damage, after entering the Repair Request section, the user will fill in all vehicle information such as vehicle name, vehicle location, damage phenomenon, and related images. mandarin…. After filling in all vehicle information, click on the search for repair unit section. Users can choose repair units that match criteria such as distance, recommendations, etc.
- Choosing a repair unit, users and technicians will discuss directly with each other about repair time, quotes for damaged spare parts and repair costs.
* Set maintenance schedule
- The user's vehicle is due for maintenance. After clicking on Schedule maintenance, the user will fill in vehicle information, vehicle location, select the maintenance time appropriate to the vehicle's operating schedule, and select options. Supplies and spare parts are available or not, from there the user can move on to purchasing missing supplies and spare parts when maintaining the vehicle.
* Shopping
- Users who need to buy more construction machines or buy supplies and spare parts for the machine will click on the Shopping section. Booths will be classified by categories such as machinery, materials and spare parts. If the user chooses to buy items with negotiated prices, after selecting, the user will wait for the seller to quote the price. If the price is suitable for the user, the order will be placed, the seller will make the order and deliver it to the user as soon as possible.
* Notebook
- Users can refer to basic maintenance and repair documents and catalogs of construction machines
* Reflect
- When users have comments to contribute to the technician or repair unit, the user will leave comments, the system will record and transfer to the technician and repair unit.
