CaliProgress: Skill Tracker

Most workout trackers are built for standard gym lifting. Trying to log an 8-second tuck planche hold, track resistance band tension, or figure out what progression comes before a back lever in a regular fitness app is just frustrating.

I built CaliProgress because I wanted a dedicated tool for bodyweight strength that actually understands how calisthenics training works.

What’s inside:

• The Skill Tree: 70+ skills mapped with clear prerequisites (Planche, Front Lever, Handstand, Muscle-up, Human Flag, and more) so you always know what to train next without guessing.
• Built for holds and reps: Dedicated isometric timers, rep metronomes, band assistance ratings, and weighted calisthenics tracking.
• Quick session memory: Instantly see what you hit last time on that exact progression while you're resting between sets.
• Real progress data: Automatic Personal Bests, consistency heatmaps, and push-vs-pull volume tracking to help keep your shoulders healthy.
• Bilateral body measurements: Track left and right side measurements separately.

100% free, no ads, no locked features. Built for athletes who just want to train and track real progress.
