Calendario VVF is the app for Italian firefighters: manage shifts, substitutions, holidays, overtime, meal vouchers, and all your service commitments in a single, quick and easy app.

Enter shift (A, B, C, D) and skip number: the app calculates the 12-hour, 24-hour, or special shift schedule, coloring each day. Support for administrative staff is also available.

📝 SERVICE NOTES AND EVENTS
Substitution, surveillance, overtime, mission, return, course, training, 81/08, medical check-up, holidays, sick leave, leave, Law 104, forestry, and more. Location, hours, detachment, and operational role. Multi-day events with interval selection.

💶 PAID NOTES
Mark surveillance, 81/08, overtime, returns, missions, training, and AIB services as "paid": keep track of what has been paid.

🍽 MEAL VOUCHERS
Automatic counting of accrued daytime and nighttime meal vouchers, with customized management for each type of service.

📊 ANNUAL REPORT
Detailed statistics: substitutions, overtime, vacation (with carryover from previous year), meal vouchers, courses, and roles held. Shareable as an image.

🔔 SMART NOTIFICATIONS
Configurable reminders with custom advance notification. The pre-shift alert is automatically suspended for vacation, sick days, or missed work.
