2) Receive automatic reviews. The app creates check-ins at 7, 30, and 90 days for you to answer objective questions:
- Was it worth it?

- What did you learn?

- Would you do it differently?

3) Build your learning history. On the timeline, you can track your decisions and review responses in chronological order, with a clear view of your progress.

4) Understand your patterns
In the insights, you see metrics and trends to make more conscious decisions, based on your own behavior.
