2025-01-27	Ev*****	This app is a complete nightmare. Sometimes it will tell you it's adding photos but usually it won't. If you try and delete a photo well good luck it may or may not actually delete. If you're considering a photo frame for a grandparent find a different brand because they won't be able to figure any of this out and you'll be pulling your hair with with frustration just trying to load photos

2025-01-15	As*****	This app is complete garbage. You can't add more than 1 photo at a time, it will not connect to my Google albums, and it's extremely glitchy. Go buy the Aura frame, it's 1000x better

2024-12-25	Bo*****	The frame itself is really nice. The app is horrible. I pay over $100 for the frame and the app is very glitchy. Unable to add people so they can send photos to the frame. And that was the whole point in getting this one. Not happy at all.

Unintuitive app, doesn't update new photos well, confusing design decisions that are frustrating enough for someone tech savvy let alone the parents you have to walk through it. Literally- just work. That's all you need to do. But even fram and app resets won't get the photos updated.

2024-12-22	Ma*****	Glitchy. Sometimes the photos uploaded promptly. Other times, it took multiple tries and then the photo still didn't show up for about a half an hour. Then, it showed up multiple times which led me to try to delete the duplicates. The delete still hasn't worked after several tries. Also, the advertising inferred that photos could be texted directly to the frame bypassing using the app. Nope.

2024-12-14	Em*****	I gave this frame as a gift to a older family member that is not able to get around as easily. I cannot text photos to the frame, and neither can anyone else. With the price of the frame, I'm sorely disappointed and I was planning on buying another one for our of state family, but I'm hesitant about it now. Contacted the app, but no response. Very sad. :( please update!
