I just bought this feeder and I am having a hard time adding the device, I had to buy a duel router and it's still not connecting to my wifi network.... How do I get my money back?

Device simply won't connect. Absolute garbage, I set my wifi to 2.4 ghz, the lighting is good, and the device simply won't connect, been trying for 20 minutes and now I'm just going to chuck this in the trash.
