FMS - Fault Management System

FMS - The Fault Management System (FMS) is to transform the Fault Management Centre (FMC) processes from current manual excel tracking to using dashboards, automation of breakdown fault reports (BFRs) by integrating to systems such as Integrated Building Management System (IBMS),etc. The FMS is a consolidated platform for information from various sources it integrates with. FMS is used to route Breakdown Fault Requests (BFRs) to responsible parties.
