2021-12-13	Am*****	The only negative I have about this app, I tried paying with an e-check first, and apparently I had one number off. It doesn't tell you that your account number is off before submitting your payment, so I didn't understand why my payment was reversed. I tried again, and the same thing happened. I called after the second time, and a customer service rep told me what was happening. Now, I can't pay with an e-check anymore due to me trying to submit a payment twice with the wrong account number.
