BIMteam offers innovative solutions to help you digitise your construction projects. Our cloud-based platform serves as a central repository for data exchange and provides the functions of a Common Data Environment (CDE). With the BIMteam Viewer, you can share models with other disciplines, present them effectively, or easily distribute them via a share link. The BIMtoField area features a comprehensive add-on module for model-based surveying. Developed by cadwork, BIMteam integrates with the in-house 3D modelling software “cadwork3D” and “lexocad”, allowing for easy model uploads. Additionally, BIMteam supports IFC models from any other 3D modelling software. Accessible on a wide range of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, BIMteam enables you to work easily from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

BIMtoField - model-based surveying:

- Integration with total stations and GNSS: Connect the viewer and your model to total stations or GNSS for precise stakeout on site.
- Precise guidance: Select a point in the model and let the total station or GNSS guide you to this point.
- Save terrain points: Save and compare terrain points with the planning model.
- Save points and arcs: Save points and arcs from the viewer in the model for precise stakeouts.
