Integrated Management System Policy

The Board of Directors of Monsertec Engenharia, through the objectives of the management system and its strategic planning, considering the scope of services provided for scaffolding assembly, application of thermal and refractory insulation, and application of industrial painting in maintenance and construction of industrial facilities, defines the following Integrated Management System policy:

- To meet the expectations of shareholders, clients and employees;
- To promote the professional development of our employees;
- To value good relationships with suppliers and the local community;
- To comply with applicable legislation, statutory and contractual requirements related to quality, safety, health and the environment;
- To continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system through the improvement of its processes;
- To promote health and safety actions that ensure conditions for a healthy and safe work environment, in order to prevent the occurrence of work-related illnesses and accidents;

- To provide means of consultation, as well as promote the participation of members regarding issues related to occupational health and safety, aiming to eliminate or minimize risks in the work environment;

- To protect the environment through pollution prevention, sustainable use of natural resources, and mitigation of environmental impacts generated by our activities.
