Awful app. Rarely works. Can't pre-book a time or date. It just keeps falling over. Love the company, hate the app.

Unfortunately exactly the same experience as everybody else on here.... took my booking 1hr in advance, then sent me an update to say driver was on his way..... then 5 minutes after he was due, got notification that booking was cancelled. DO NOT USE!
