2023-03-14	De*****	I joined this company 3 months ago and already it's increased the network fee 33% and now introducing a system to allow passengers to rate drivers. Get stuffed 13cabs. I just came back to taxis from rideshare to get away from that garbage. I won't tolerate any Taxi company using Uber like tactics. They can't even give you an end of financial year tax summary, pretty amateur stuff. And no way of driver receiving a job while outside the vehicle unless you remove the tablet.

2020-10-31	Ch*****	The app does not let you know when a pre booked job has been cancelled by the customer. Nor do you get any notification at all You can be sitting there and organise everything doing the right thing and there is not even a job. This app has cost me money because of this.

2020-09-18	Ad*****	Not a great reputation. Been a driver for 12 months, if you raise any concerns or issues with management they will use anything against you to cancel you off the system and bully and intimidate you so you don't say anything to keep their incompetence occuring. Customers aren't happy but are also ignored.
