ऐप पर ऐसे बहुत से ब्रोकर हैं जिनके पास अपनी कोई गाड़ी नहीं है। उनका काम सिर्फ आईडी बनाकर यहाँ से बुकिंग उठाना और अपना कमीशन काटकर दूसरे ट्रैवल एजेंट या ड्राइवर को बुकिंग देना है। कृपया ऐप इस व्यवस्था में सुधार करे और केवल वास्तविक वाहन मालिकों या अधिकृत ट्रैवल एजेंटों को ही बुकिंग लेने की अनुमति दे, ताकि ड्राइवरों और वास्तविक ट्रैवल एजेंटों का नुकसान न हो।
