You can use this application if you are a tenant or administrator of block A11. The application helps you, as a tenant, to receive information of general interest about the events concerning the A11 block.
If you're an administrator, you can publish information that all tenants can see, so it's kind of like an electronic notice board. Tenants will receive notifications for each published news.
