2024-10-18	De*****	Worst experience, useless platform. For every electricity recharge there is huge deduction on the name of token charge. NPCL is just showcasing dictatorship by charging too much even after enormous complaints by consumers. Customer support of NPCL is very arrogant and ill-mannerred. They don't even wait for you to explain the issue and simply disconnect the call. Needless to say, there won't be any action taken on any of your complaints and you may get a nonsense and unrelated response if lucky.
