Je ne recommande absolument pas ! service client inexistant et vérifications des dommages déclarés par une IA pas très performante ! J’ai été débitée de 145 euros pour une plainte déposée par le propriétaire de la voiture et j’ai essayée sans succès de contacter getaround : pas de réponse au mail, ni via l’app et pas de numero de telephone pour le service client après votre location.... franchement autant partir avec une agence de location de voiture classique ...
