The App and the Get Around assistance is terrible. Cannot download the documents or they pretend they do not receive them. No help but repeating again and again the same thing without being able to talk to a technical person. I had to cancel the reservation after trying for 2 hours calling 5vtimes, waiting over the phone for 2h. The menu of the App lacks of clarity and it has a bug when you try to register. Find a competitor.
