Terrible Experience - Do Not Use This is the worst app for medicine delivery. There is absolutely no management when it comes to urgent orders. I placed an order for medicine that I needed urgently and had to call customer care four times, along with contacting the delivery partner. Despite all this, the delivery partner said the medicine would arrive by 2 or 3 AM. How can anyone stay awake at such odd hours for something as critical as medicine?
