Let's start with the Teatcher is good and the complaint is not about her The customer service though, they are getting paid to missup the schedule! Just immagin they ask me what days you prefer I say Tuesday and Wednesday so they book a 50+ sessions on Monday Friday and when I call and complain the change it to Friday only, and when I call again they just say we will contact support and this is the case since 2 months... Simply no respect to the client schedule..
