Still need many developments in field of real time experience.. At least for premium Customers.. 😊 So that parents can track their child's educational progress on real time basis. Although it's showing updated progress on day wise basis but it would be more helpful if we can track it on hourly basis..

I have taken subscription for my kids and using learning programs since 5 years. I am using this app to contact customer support. I called support four time (14May, 7May, 24Apr..) for address update and raising requests to send study material for my kid as well have recently activated next gread/standard. Everytime I get the reply that address is still old and no requests for material. I wonder Everytime I am updating addr and getting confirmation during call for its update but.! It seems bug
