We pushed our boat in the market sea in2004, by moving from a small town of Haryana to Karol bagh, Delhi as a normal trader dealing into batteries, chargers, and other available mobile accessories. Thai journey gave us wings to flourish in the market by providing and teaching us the insights of the business. Growing further from that, and getting knowledge of the domain and knowing the fact that China is the world leader in this segment, we started importing mobile accessories from China and exploring Chinese market and adapting to their expertise in the market. Various contacts were developed that helped in technology exchange and basis the healthy indo china relations, we intend to get technology exchange. This phase helped us in getting hands off experience and trying our hands to manufacture products of our own. In 2014, with the rigorous flow of “Make in India Campaign” we started our first factory in Delhi,India with a production capacity of just 1000 pieces a day. A the favorite industry saying says for the manufacturer, “manufacturer is a person who has got many many fractures”. We learned a lot through these fractures that we got from the market. Since we knew our pain and sorrows and knowledge of the fact as to where the shoe pinches in the life of a manufacturer, we aimed to form All India Industrial Management Solution, the entity that believed in knowledge sharing, knowledge imparting, technology sharing and in short proving the whole sum hand holding support. The major challenges that we found out for the manufacturer were souring right product at right price at a right time and from a right vendor. From a short manufacturer to a industry consultant, as the child grows, we also grew with now a production capacity of about 1 lac pieces a day, we still believe in imparting and sharing our knowledge base. AIIMS aim to provide handholding support to all set of emerging and classified manufacturer into electronics line. If we see our product financial demographics, almost 50% pf the product cost comes in the form of cost of raw material. Taking this fact into consideration, a new baby is born in the name of “SOURCING SATHI” that will not only help the manufacturer to buy the raw material easily but tend to provide various other benefits such as: 1.
