2024-08-17	Ov*****	quite a disappointing app. lots of bugs, screen flickering, search function is obsolete, items description is very scarce or missing... but the worst of all is the company itself. You basically bid for broken things, overused cars, or better cars that you never win (you have the highest bid but you will not get it (!) because the garage selling them does not agree on the winning bid). but they will enforce the payment for the wining lot. I am not even sure this is legal practice. Not nice!

2024-02-15	Da*****	We have bought more times from them, it was very complicated any time with the pick-up and when we faced some situations nobody was intrested. I would not recomand - zero support from their side.

2023-11-23	th*****	the app is OK but the site and the auction management is appalling. Borderline rip off. eBay is far more honest and transparent. Troostwijk adds minutes to the auction end time as you bid so it drives the price up at the end of the suction. leaving up with the feeling of having been ripped off. I don't trust people dealing this way.

2023-11-01	Bo*****	We have paid the value of invoice and waiting for pick-up notification from Troostwijk, but we found it in spam after days. Not even a call, it was not possible to have the pick-up on time. I tried several times by email for a decent resolution. It's impossible to comunicate with them. We only requested more transparency in regards of the pick-up time, and at least a week between the announcement and the pick-up date, because of the long distance we have to do. We start the trial.

2023-10-19	DR*****	once you put an item on your list, you can not remove it. it's a bit messy. it will help to see more info on the front image, like the auction number and the location. in my list I can not see if an item is from a different auction unless I open it

2023-07-27	Ja*****	Not getting any notifications when someone places a higher bid. If an auction is about to close also no notification to alert you about what is happening. Thought may be some settings changed but there are no options or settings to change. Also when scrolling through auctions the app can be real buggy sometimes.
