Doesn't Work Tried to use for the first time and they scanned 4 times at counter but it would not recognize my account. What's the point of a rewards app you can't collect reward points on?

App does not show several locations within my city, does not show the rewards and does not show specials such as bbq beef sandwichss. Went to scan my QR code and the manager said it has not been activated? Sent Arbys an email and have yet to recieve a response. Would give this zero stars if I could.
