App is buggy and won't let me log into my account

this place is very mid.. I bought a treesap live resin aio..I probably hit the thing maybe 15 times and it stop working. I've never had a dispo not ex hange it. the only reason I'll return is because.they are less then a.mile.from my house and only place that have eureka. they also charge double what I would get my live.resin cartridges
