The app keeps crushing when I try to open the my money tab. I need my money, it's awful not to be able to be there for such an important matter. Also no support?? I've been waiting 3 days for a reply and nothing.

Terrible app. Looks childish. Nothing makes sense, the "get help" section doesnt provide any REAL, helpful insight of the app and the ways it works. And MOST importantly, its asking for your bank information while it looks so unsafe and scammy. The whole concept of " frozen money" seems like a loan business that will force employees to work extra shifts (since they have already withdrawn those shifts money). ZERO stars if I could.
