Butcher Yield is a professional application developed to assist butchers in the complete management of the deboning process, focusing on yield control, profit margins, and loss reduction.

The app allows users to register products and organize cuts by categories such as forequarter, hindquarter, brisket, chicken, pork, among others, facilitating the correct segmentation of meats and a more precise analysis of results.

From deboning onwards, Butcher Yield makes it possible to define and adjust profit margins per cut and category, helping the butcher understand which products generate the highest profitability and where the main meat losses occur.
