The old app was perfect. Easy to use and simple. This one is the total opposite, no longer can I see more than the next 4 scheduled buses from a stop without more clicks. Planning journeys is hard. Viewing live bus locations is harder and too designer. Keep it simple. This goes against that golden rule. Having now tried to buy a ticket, why should they need a photo of me. It's a bus ticket!!!

Absolutely useless app! Tracks buses when I first open it but after that it says 'No services found'. We had lots of issues with school bus passes last year so I had low expectations of their app and it met my expectations... Old app was much more reliable even if it was a bit glitchy. Transdev, you make an entire family grumpy every single morning!!
