Best app. You can sync everything across all your devices. You can limit your time, your sessions, block moments so you don't go on any app or websites when it's not the time to do so. You don't even need an account, you can simply sync across devices with a code they give you. Honestly, this needs to be on top. All other apps like this are either limited to your phone or asking for a paid membership. Stop searching, this is the app you need.
