Edupass

The app is a subscription platform for children's extracurricular activities, functioning similarly to a "TotalPass for kids". The goal is to connect parents, teachers, and partner locations (preschools, dance studios, tutoring centers, gyms, etc.), simplifying the management of plans, monthly credits, and class scheduling.

Through a monthly plan, the parent registers their children (students) and receives a number of credits per month, according to the chosen plan type. These credits can be used to book classes in different activities (tutoring, sports, arts, etc.) at nearby locations, with integrated attendance tracking, credit usage, and financial monitoring.

Main Profiles
Parent

Creates their account and manages their personal data and address.

Registers one or more students (children), with information on age, grade level, age range, and health observations.

Subscribe to a plan (group, individual VIP, or VIP double), defining how many children will be included and how many monthly credits they will have.

Track credit usage, reservations, subscription payments, and class history.

Student

Linked to a Guardian.

Has profile data (name, date of birth, gender, age range, etc.).

Uses subscription credits to book classes in available activities.

The student's "current address" is derived from the Guardian's address, allowing for distance calculation to partner locations.

Teacher

Has their own profile with CPF/CNPJ, bio, approval status, and service configuration (at their own home or at partner locations).

Defines the capacity of group classes and is linked to class schedules.

Receives financial payments per class taught, according to the payment schedule.

Partner Location

Registration of physical spaces (schools, studios, gyms, etc.) with full address, contact phone number, and person responsible for the location.

Optionally, a main teacher can be linked.

The app uses the Partner Location's address to calculate the distance to the student and suggest the closest locations.

Plans and Subscriptions

Plan registration with: name, type (group, individual VIP, VIP double), maximum number of children, monthly credits, permission per activity category (tutoring, sports, art), and active/inactive status.

Subscriptions linked to the Responsible Party and the Plan, with status control (active, pending payment, canceled, suspended), start/end date, and identification in the payment gateway.

Subscription Payment Control per reference month (value, status, payment method, transaction ID, due dates, and payment dates).

Monthly Credits per Student

Monthly Credit Record per subscription + student + reference month, with control of:

total plan credits,

credits used,

remaining credits.

Allows you to track exactly how much each student has consumed within the family subscription.

Class Schedule and Reservations

Class Schedule registration with teacher, partner location (or teacher's home), activity, age range, modality (group/VIP), start time, duration, minimum and maximum capacity.

Class Reservation linking student, subscription and schedule, with status (reserved, canceled, present, absent), reason for cancellation, reservation dates and status update.

This flow allows you to control who actually used credits and attended classes.

Payments to Teachers

Teacher payment per reference month, with total value, status (pending, paid, processing), generation and payment dates.
