Why direct?

Big booking platforms charge a service fee that can add 14-20% to the price you see on the listing. Bukavilla doesn't. The price the owner sets is the price you pay at checkout. Your money goes to the person actually hosting you, not to a middle layer.

Bukavilla is operated by Bukavilla LLC, a US company based in Texas. The platform is global: owners list villas from anywhere, guests book from anywhere. We do not hold guest funds, do not charge guest service fees, and do not mediate disputes after a booking is complete. The relationship is between you and the owner; the app keeps it that way.
