THE PERSONALITY MATRIX
Every player is driven by an 8-trait personality engine: determination, professionalism, ambition, loyalty, adaptability, pressure handling, temperament and consistency. An ambitious player might push for a move if you're stuck in the lower leagues. A loyal veteran might take a pay cut to stay. Every signing is a calculated risk.

BUILD FROM THE BOTTOM UP
Start at the lowest tier of your national pyramid and climb. Scout youngsters from across the world, bring them through your youth ranks, and decide when to cash in — or hold on and build a title contender.
