2026-07-04	br*****	Yuck. As a rental owner that uses buildium for property management purposes, I tried the app years ago and found it nearly useless (compared to the website). Recently I've tried it again and it's much more visually appealing than years ago, but it's almost as useless as before. I JUST WANT TO SEE WHO MY DELINQUENT TENANTS ARE!! Why should I need to run a report, download it, extract a file, and then look at each property separately?! Come on guys. For how much this software costs, gotta improve.

I hate this app so much I have to document the info I am constantly looking for elsewhere. I am stuck with this garbage until I fire my Property Management Company.
