Recent reviews

apparently now allows an manual input edit / update to monthly expenditure for tenant whereas when annual lease / monthly rent paymnet has an increase. For this instance, the previous rent payment is preset value to process following month (example Dec 2024 did not register/have on file the Landlord informed increase amount for 2025 Jan and yet that rent value does not show in order to process, now with the edit function to correct rent payment BUT now does not recognize or process payment.

Good app when it works . Unreliable to receive notifications. It will say you have updates or messages on a ticket but nothing will show up in the app . As Unreliable as the app is useless landlords still force you to use it & say too bad .
