Pre-defined items are useless and difficult to navigate. There is no way to view and edit multiple devices. Devices are not organized very well making it difficult to find. The reports are extremely confusing and I get lots of complaints regarding the format.

2021-09-08	jo*****	It's a great app! I do wish there were features like multi select and pass going through each device and passing is a pain in the butt! Also the multi select with deleting devices would be awesome to. Also if you could make the camera scan touch area larger I have huge sausage fingers haha. Other than that thank you!
