BD Field Utility

BD Field Utility is the field app for teams using Build Daily. Bring the drawings you need, record what happened on site, and send completed work back to the office.

Open project, estimate, service, company and personal files. Read PDFs and drawings, keep selected files available offline, and upload photos or documents from the jobsite.

Record the day's work
• Write daily reports, add job photos and update punch lists.
• Complete safety records, inspections and toolbox talks.
• Request materials and record deliveries with photos and notes.
• Fill out service and T&M tickets with labor, materials, equipment and customer sign-off.

Time and expenses
• Clock in to projects, service calls, estimates, overhead or travel.
• Review your hours and submit timesheets. Supervisors can review crew time when permitted.
• Submit expenses with receipts, company-card details and job coding.
• Check schedules and request time off.

Supported field forms save drafts on the device. Pending work, failed uploads and conflicts stay visible so you can finish sending them when service returns.

Optional Jobsite Time Assist can suggest an arrival or departure during eligible work periods when enabled by your company and by you. It may use background location while the app is closed. You review each suggestion before it changes payable time.

A Build Daily company account is required. Your company controls which files, tools and records you can access.
