2023-10-06	Ni*****	Easy and Convenience app - however lack of few important info display such as token balance at the home screen which is easy for user to know their current token balance. Since few months can't topup and stated linked to lb paylinker.. but couldn't find the said app

2023-01-05	Ro*****	The pay button is not responsive. You can download the apps, reload money in the ewallet and when you want to use it, the pay button is not responsive no matter how many times you touch it. Lodged a report on 3/1/23. Customer service was fast and helpful but not promising since my wife also face same problem with the apps since November 2022. Please fix it.

2022-12-11	Fa*****	Could not scan QR code since mid Nov 2022. The "PAY" button unresponsive. Decided to uninstall and reinstall apps. Problem got worse, there are error messages upon starting the apps "Unable to access resource Either the JWT is expired or invalid". There's nothing else to click, the page just stuck there with the message. I still have roughly 50 tokens left on the apps. Please fix this issue!!!

2022-04-20	Bu*****	After use this app for several washing times, personally for me its really helping me towards on payment instead of using coin, now i just need to snap the barcode of the machine that I'm going to use and pay using apps. Really easy to use and also free credit each time i reload my wallet. Hope there will be more updates on app interface and also some loyalty points that can be converted into credit for people that use this app.

It just that it requires a good internet connection, and specific to my outlet, Celcom is not strong and difficult to use. 2022-01-06	jj*****	Overall satisfied with this self-service laundry shop. They do respond fast when needed. Only is, the connection for e-wallet payment is not very stable still. On and off it is offline. The coins slot in the machine at times don't work either.

2021-08-18	Eu*****	This app is super useful..to not use money when u go to do your laundry... No need change for tokens all the time. And upon topping up more they give some rebates. Excellent... Good job. Keep it up but i wish they integrated thier other machines too that sells detergent and other items.

2021-08-17	Sh*****	Easy to understand user interface. With this app customer will less contact with the token machine. Just scan and pay the amount token thru the app, then its good to go. Plus when reloading the e-wallet using the laundrybar app, also got free token.

The only bad thing is, it's not available in all laundry bar, and maybe the charges to the laundry bar owner is way too expensive causing them not willing to add on this Service.. If it's available in all LB, it will be perfect. Cashless transactions, and can track all of them.
