I use this app on a LG G7 ThinQ primarily, though I also have used it on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I have been using this app for over three years and find it very useful. Location tracking is beneficial, not only to me but to coworkers who are determining my location. The ability to present that data on the GIS COP a plus, no need for a separate application. Log out, and I am no longer being tracked. Ticket updating is cleaner and smoother through the app than on a smaller web-based view of DLAN when forms are involved. The contacts feature through the app allows me to get a persons phone number from the system rapidly. The forms section allows for a variety of reports to be populated and submitted quickly, saving phone calls or emails.
