The App just stopped working. Buffalo is totally useless. They keep billing me for customs duties I had already paid through to them. No matter how many PoPs I sent, the problem remains and so I can't get my delivery. I have tried contacting them through multiple avenues, and all I get is a dumb bot!!@

Having problems with getting acknowledgement of customs payment. This is a repeated challenge- with my last order I paid customs twice and had no delivery- lost out on order then. If I don't get my order this time I want a full credit for purchases made.
