BMS

BMS is a project-based budget monitoring system that helps organizations manage item groups, project items, budget quantities, purchase requests, and approval workflows. The system allows the Admin to create projects with item-wise budgets, while Site Engineers can raise purchase requests based on approved budget quantities. Project Managers can review and approve requests before forwarding them to the Admin for final approval.

The system provides clear visibility of budget amount, used amount, current request amount, and balance amount. It also tracks who raised each request, request time, Project Manager approval details, and final Admin approval status. BMS helps ensure better control over project purchases, avoids over-requesting beyond the approved budget, and maintains a transparent record of all budget usage.
