2024-05-20	Ch*****	Review for Buddy App I am extremely disappointed with the Buddy App's customer service and refund policy. Despite their stated policy of processing refunds within 2-7 working days, it has now been 10 days since I requested a refund, and I have yet to receive it. Moreover, the lack of professionalism in their customer service is unacceptable. I have reached out multiple times for feedback and updates on my refund status, but I have received no response.
