Worst app ever. When I booked ticket from pokhara to butwal few months back, at first they informed me bus will arrive 30 minutes late at station. After waiting for 2 hrs , they said bus has arrived but it was not the bus I booked . It was some low class random bus where I was forced to travel. Then I complained to buck bus immediately, they sympathized me that I will get refund but I never get. Worst experience ever. Never had issue with Bus sewa despite I book tickets online multiple occasion
