Franchement Ça va

Honestly, It's Okay is the app that takes care of your mind without overthinking it.

Some days, everything's great. Others, not so much. Whatever happens, every mood deserves a touch of humor and a positive action. Honestly, It's Okay is there for you every day, gently and with a smile, to take care of your spirits, one minute at a time.

How it works:

- Assess your mood with the mood wheel.

- Choose the card that best reflects what you're experiencing today.

- Receive a touch of kind humor, designed to make you smile, never to make fun of you.

- Take action with a simple, fun, and achievable little mission.

- Earn SmileCoins for every step you take for yourself.

What you'll find in the app:

- The 12 Moods Wheel, to put words to what you're feeling.

- "I'm alive" cards to describe your situation, or create your own.

- A touch of humor personalized to your mood and the moment.

- A Positive Action card to transform the moment into a small, concrete step.

- SmileCoins to collect, with benefits related to the world of humor coming soon.

- A private journal that keeps track of your entries, just for you.

- A gentle glimpse into your mood tendencies, without judgment or diagnosis.

When things aren't going well:
Some days are harder than others. If you're going through a difficult time, the humor takes a break and gives way to a reassuring message and resources for guidance (helplines and support groups). There's always someone there to listen.

Your privacy comes first:
Your moods and journal are private by default. You retain control of your data and can retrieve or delete it at any time.

Honestly, Ça Va doesn't replace a healthcare professional and doesn't make diagnoses. It's a helping hand, a smile, and a little nudge to help you take care of your mind, every day.

Take a minute for yourself. Honestly, how are you?
