2025-01-27	Ni*****	No stars for this app it's horrendous. BT call themselves a communications company and can't even offer their clients an icloud app that works properly. Small business customers pay lots of money for services and expect them to work but this app fails big time. Most of the time I can't even log in and I have lost much time going around in circles with this. Only 2 weeks ago I phoned BT to get the issue resolved and today I find I have the same issues again. Appalling.

2025-01-22	JR*****	Beware! Before moving to Cloud Voice Express we could very easily turn call divert on and off from our analogue landline handset with programmed numbers 21(number)# and #21#. Now that straightforward functionality is gone and we have to download this app on a mobile phone which logs us out at least every day. Definitely an inconvenience and a step backwards for us. The BT sales staff had advised when we placed the order that the old method would still work with 72 but they were wrong.
