2023-08-18	Cl*****	Please think twice before using this service. The app is extremely poor and not fit for purpose. You will get multiple missed calls which when you check will show the caller was holding for over a minute without the phone ringing. This will lead to lost business. Please find another provider, that's my advice.

2021-12-10	al*****	Keeps dropping calls when on mobile. Just tried to save a new contact. Needed access to Google directory. Gave it that, but the app isn't verified by Google, so it won't do it!!!! Now I can't add new contacts . Rubbish....

2021-11-20	Be*****	The call handling and forwarding function on the app doesn't work anymore or works intermittently. It was the sole reason why we switched to the system. Now we have to login to the website just to forward the call to another phone. If the problem persists we will have to switch to a different provider.

Now they have decided to try to make it an integrated tool (like MS Teams) and have buried the phone features under layers of menus for things that no-one is interested in. No one will use these team features.. I dispair.. Update July 2021.. this app goes from.bad to worse with advertised features that just don't work.. BT Cloud phone is a brilliant product with excellent support let down by a rubbish app.
