M’SENSE Coaching

M’SENSE Coaching offers a personalized, boutique-style approach. We provide functional training that incorporates a holistic approach to bodywork, with a particular focus on strengthening postural muscles. Our fitness philosophy is simple: when it comes to achieving results, you need effective training with an intensity tailored to your fitness level and highly qualified instructors. Our primary commitment is to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and incorporate research on spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement.
Semi-private classes: Every quarter, we offer semi-private TRIO and TOTAL BARRE classes. Exercises are performed in groups of three.
Individual classes: Individual sessions allow for a personalized approach based on your goals and fitness level. Your posture and alignment will be assessed to create a customized program.
