Prevention and testing Counselling feature- This is an instant messaging tool for users to connect to counsellors who will provide prevention and testing information. Users can chat through live messaging with a counsellor or leave a message to a preferred counsellor who may be offline at the time to organize an appointment. Employ an algorithm to conduct an online sexual health risk assessment for users of the platform and provide options/information on follow-up actions. Include an anonymous Peer Forum – This is a confidential peer community forum where users can get help and advice from other App users throughout the region about issues related to living with HIV or just have a good chat about what’s on their minds. Peers can contribute to the forum through comments, sharing and reactions. Allow for Quick Notifications – This feature allows the administration to send news messages/notifications directly to the App community. All members will be able to view notifications from their dashboards. Include a Directory of Services – users can get up to date information about where to get access to help services, e.g., clinic, STIs, laboratory services etc. The directory will also be provided for offline users.
