However, major concerns include frequent app crashes, poor playback behavior during calls and app switching, insufficient playback controls, and missing features like repeat, playlist, and favorites. Device login limit issues also hinder usability. These problems detract significantly from an otherwise content-rich app.

App contains excellent and valuable content for business growth and mindset development.
Last listened feature and recents tab help users resume and navigate content easily.
Content is well organized and easy to browse within the app.
Integration of multiple content types (audio and video) into a single app is convenient.

Cons

App crashes frequently, especially when switching apps or resuming playback, causing frustration among users.
Audio playback does not pause automatically during phone calls or when navigating away from the app.
Playback controls in notification panel and Bluetooth devices are unreliable or non-functional.
No option to repeat talks or play continuous playback between audios; lack of playlists and favorites features.
App sometimes counts the same device multiple times causing login issues related to device limits.

Extremely Bad Experience.... Very Frustrating. Using BSM Streaming over bluetooth is very unfriendly. Everytime any notification pops up. The BSM streaming stops completely. We have to re-open the app and restart the streaming. Also, play/pause also doesn't work properly in the notification panel. Please fix asap. As this app is very crucial for development and learning.

Awesome content however this app does not offer an option to repeat a talk additionally I wish the 4:37 minutes talking about the Amway compensation plan could be shortened because that's a huge amount of time. There is NO audio app in 2022-2023 besides this one that doesn't offer a repeat 🔁 option. Is it difficult to add this?
