2025-01-19	Jo*****	This Sky Protect is very temperamental. One day, things work another day they don't. Alarms are very slow to sound. Sometimes 10 mins after they should have alarmed. The door/window sensor does not stick very well as its too thin to stick and keep stable. Not a very good system.

2025-01-09	*****	Sky Protect Plus Indoor Camera & Doorbell Camera never recorded properly in first instance and specially when person walks passed by Sky Protect Camera Doorbell & it only records when person press doorbell and never records properly even a person outside my Front Door & specially if it's am not at home i should able to speak with another person which actually never happens and always Indoor Camera Front Camera Doorbell just keeping freezes even the software has been updated since December 2024 !

2025-01-09	Ma*****	What a load of overpriced rubbish, it makes your phone run so slow, by the time you get into it to answer whoever is at the door, they've long gone, all depends where you are and what signal you have, but I can assure you it's not instant, they're beaming stuff from Mars better. Ok if you just want to see who was there, but other than that, complete waste of time and yes, I've got decent signal between door and chime, stuck with this for 2 years now, app needs sorting so it's faster .

2025-01-04	St*****	Very delayed notifications, sometimes up to 1 hour late. App has now stopped showing my devices. Just shows my insurance policy, but no option to see doorbell, camera or other sensors. Even after delete and reinstall. Useless!

2024-12-22	Wi*****	very poor picture quality, huge lag in actual notification of any activity, , person's way past camera before notification and you have ro view history to see what it was , short battery life , , over all a bad investment for your security

2024-12-20	Me*****	Chime has to be near front door so can only hear door bell in front room. Poor sound. Can't hear upstairs. App notification is poor. Get notification after someone has pressed the door bell and left. If this doesn't improve I will not renew contract and will look at Ring or other better options. Have to remove door bell every 5-6 days for a 7hr charge. No good if going on holiday for more than 5 days. And when charging you've no door bell or camera. Not fit for purpose.

2024-12-09	Fi*****	Even though sound detection is switched off everytime I arm the system it constantly sends sound detection notifications extremely irritating as I live next to a busy road and it detects EVERY sound!!!!!!!!
