THE most appalling streaming service of them all by 100 miles. I've used NOW here and there reluctantly through the years cause of the magnificent HBO content, but they just seem incapable or unwilling to update their interface, NOT charge extra for HD (wild in 2026) and resolve the most basic bugs. Really consistently terrible
